Men's Invitational
Lincolnshire Men: Spend the afternoon playing tennis with the area's top players! The Men's Open group was created for players at the 4.0+ level to participate in an organized day time play group featuring play baseline games, serve/volley, etc. Anyone interested in trying out the program should contact Jeff Harvey at 847.913.2000

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for anyone, at any playing level, looking for a fun way to burn calories & interact with others outside of the gym. The sport of tennis combined with cardiovascular exercise delivers the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. Most women can burn 300 to 500 calories per hour and men burn between 500 to 1,000. Not only are you getting a great workout, but you are also learning a skill and training for tennis.
